I have a part I need making, it's an old part that we don't have a drawing for can you make it?
Yes we can, this is a process known as ‘Reverse engineering’. We will take one of your parts and manufacture from this as we would a drawing.
Do you make one off prototypes?
Yes, we have the ability to make any amount. We regularly work with customers on prototypes which we then move on to manufacture in mass quantities.
Can you supply certificates of conformity on materials?
Yes, we only ask that this is requested when the order is placed.
What is your lead time?
This is really lead by a customer’s requirement and quantities. We always work with the customer and try to accommodate their schedule with a realistic delivery date agreed during the ordering process. We pride ourselves on being flexible in our approach to working hours which means our team are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a schedule is kept to.
We are also in the real world and have had many scenarios where customers have contacted us in a panic where they have not ordered enough or have been let down by a current supplier and we have managed to turn production on immediately – in fact, we have been known to hand-deliver a product within hours of a frantic phone call from a customer. Not a service we like to push though!
I would like to place an order but won't need all of the items at once, can you store them?
Yes, most definitely! We offer this service to many of our customers as there are a few benefits to be had for you the customer. The first is the all-important cost, as with most other purchases the more you buy the better the price. So, all we ask is that we receive a blanket order that you will be able to ‘call off’ over a 12-month period. You then get the benefit of a bulk-produced price, invoiced only when you require them and also you will be able to keep an eye on your stock levels that will be stored at our facility available for delivery at your request.
