Offering a wide variety in capacity our particular selling point is the availability to mill up to a substantial 3 meter in length. We have a great team who between them have a wealth of experience across a range of sectors, from one off’s through to mass production.
Turning
Again our fantastic team are well rehearsed in even the most complex turning, offering a capacity up to 900mm DIA and time served experience in many materials.
With a ‘can do’ team attitude we are able to offer production runs on time every time.

We work alongside many designers from initial prototypes through to revisions advising where ever needed from our wealth of experience.
Mass production
We offer competitive rates for production runs and work tirelessly to exceed expectations. We are also keen to work with customers to offer services such as a ‘blanket order’ facility on products. This gives the customer the benefit of a production run cost with the advantage of only being invoiced when the products are called off.
Assembly
As we offer manufacturing in both milling and turning in various materials we are uniquely placed to offer a complete assembled product. This can be good for you the customer as it saves on your in house labour and it also gives us the manufacturer the opportunity to make sure the components fit to drawing – this can be an issue with tight tolerances when ‘mating’ parts are produced by different manufacturers.

Programming
Using both the latest technology and a skilled team we are able to provide a program for even the most complex component, enabling us to manufacture in the quickest time possible without ever compromising on precision.

Tapping and Threading

Delivery and lead times
We work tirelessly to ensure that all lead times given from our customers are fulfilled. This starts at the customer enquiry level when we can give an estimated time needed to complete a production run. As a company we fully understand the detrimental effect that a supplier running late can have on a business – with this in mind we will always be realistic with our delivery times so that your production stays on target.
Certificates of Conformity
We are often asked for Certificates of conformity for materials which we are able to supply, we only ask that this is requested during the initial enquiry and on the subsequent purchase order.
